What is Coaching?

Coaching is a combination of the best elements from business, personal development and sports. It's like having a mentor to really believe in you and act as a sounding board; a manager to set goals, strategies and maintain accountability; a personal trainer to encourage and keep you on track, and a sports coach to give you feedback that will help improve your game.

Our programs feature ongoing coaching and training - we don't believe in 'parachute drops' where people are left on their own after a short period of input. The length of the program and optional ongoing work ensures that the principles and materials taught impact on bringing about a lasting and integrated thinking and behaviour.

Business Coaching

Our business coaching standalone program involves regular meetings to help you achieve your business goals, and keep you accountable to your business and marketing plans. It works ideally after you have recently completed a business or marketing plan to keep you in action and completing your objectives.

Executive Coaching

The executive coaching program helps you balance all areas of your life, not just work. We cover what you really want out of your life, prioritising what is important, planning to help you achieve that and keeping you accountable to yourself. This program is useful to support senior management to maintain balance in their life and reduce stress.

This type of coaching is also useful for some of us that sometime forget that we work to live, not live to work. We can help you regain your motivation across all life areas. It is also an excellent program for those who are considering a change in life or who have recently had a major life event that has changed their priorities.
